At VOGOL, we understand that shipping costs and delivery times are important. We are committed to providing reliable shipping so you can enjoy your shopping experience with confidence.
Delivery Time
Most of our products, including custom curtains, blackout curtains, rods, and tracks, are made to order. Delivery time includes both processing and shipping:
- Processing Time: Weekdays: 3–6 business days | Holidays: 13–35 business days
- Shipping Time: Weekdays: 4–8 business days | Holidays: 7–10 business days
- Estimated Total Time: Weekdays: 7–14 business days | Holidays: 20–45 business days
Note: In-stock items like rods and wands typically ship faster than made-to-order products. Free fabric swatches within the U.S. are delivered within 7–10 business days. Deliveries to Canada usually take 10–15 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
During Chinese New Year (January–February), delivery may take up to 45 business days.

Swatch Book Shipping
- U.S. & Canada: $8.99
- UK & Australia: $29.99
Shipping Carriers
Custom curtain orders are mainly shipped via FedEx or DHL Express. Free fabric swatches are usually sent via USPS.
Shipping Addresses
Fabric swatches can be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Custom curtains and hardware orders must use a physical address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number. You may also track your order directly via the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully inspect each item before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Take clear photos or describe the issue in detail.
