Fabric Swatches: We recommend ordering fabric swatches before placing a custom order so you can experience the texture and view the color in your own space and lighting.
Measurement Assistance: Our team provides guidance to help you measure your windows and select the most suitable styles, fabrics, and header options for your home.
Return Support: Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details and eligibility requirements.
Installation Guidance: Every order includes installation instructions to help ensure proper setup. Please handle hooks, tracks, and hardware carefully during installation to avoid damage to fabrics or operating systems.
Important: Returns or refunds related to fabric color, texture, or material preference may not be accepted if fabric swatches were not requested before purchase.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
VOGOL proudly offers a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects under normal residential use.
What Is Covered
If your product has a defect caused by manufacturing or workmanship — such as loose stitching, defective hardware, or operational failure — we will inspect the issue and, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected item.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including fading from sunlight, fabric aging, slight discoloration, or natural material changes over time
- Damage caused by water, pets, insects, improper cleaning, or misuse
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or non-professional repairs
- Changes in personal preference, interior design trends, or dissatisfaction after use
- Products labeled as non-washable or unsuitable for machine washing
- Commercial use or abnormal use conditions
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Care Instructions
Some fabrics made from natural materials, such as linen blends, may experience slight shrinkage or texture variation over time.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, most washable curtains should be cleaned using cold water and a gentle cycle. We recommend using a laundry bag to help protect curtain headers and hardware.
Do not tumble dry. Air drying is recommended to help preserve fabric appearance and structure.
