2. Contact Us Within 30 Days
Email service@ivogol.com if the fit isn't right.
3. We Confirm
Our team reviews your request and confirms within 1–2 business days.
4. Free Remake Shipped
Your corrected window treatment is remade and shipped to you at no charge.
When you reach out, please include your order number, the affected product(s) (with room label, if applicable), the quantity, and the correct finished size(s).
Terms for Perfect Fit Guaranteed
- Perfect Fit Guaranteed applies only to the specific window treatment it was purchased for and cannot be transferred to another item.
- This protection must be added at the time of ordering and cannot be purchased after checkout or once your order has been delivered.
- Coverage applies only to adjustments in the size of the window treatment.
- Each covered item is eligible for one size adjustment.

If Your Product Arrives Defective
We accept return or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery for any error on our end — including incorrect size, color, mount type, or a defective item.
If You're Not Fully Satisfied
