Refund policy
At VOGOL, we take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every curtain, shade, and blind is carefully made to order, and we are committed to providing excellent customer service throughout your shopping experience.
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend reviewing product details carefully, including header styles, measurement instructions, fabric options, and liner selections. To ensure color and texture meet your expectations, we also recommend ordering fabric swatches or a swatch book before purchasing custom products.
Return Eligibility
Because most of our products are custom-made, returns are limited.
- Fabric swatches and swatch books are non-returnable.
- Custom-made curtains, Roman shades, and blinds are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or order error.
- Hardware and ready-made products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Custom curtains, Roman shades, or blackout shades.
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Color variations caused by lighting, screen displays, or fabric dye lots.
- Differences caused by lining selections.
- Light blocking performance not meeting personal expectations.
- Misinterpretation of product images or descriptions.
- The item feels heavier or different than expected.
- Personal preference changes or change of mind.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
- Shipping delays caused by carriers.
- Special clearance or final sale items.
Please note: a size tolerance of ±1 inch is considered industry standard for custom textile products. Curtain widths may also be slightly wider than ordered to ensure proper fullness and coverage.
Returnable & Remake Situations
In rare cases, we will gladly offer a remake, replacement, or refund if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The selected lining type was incorrect.
- The product significantly differs from the order description.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
To request assistance, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Return Shipping
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the issue is caused by VOGOL, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Return instructions and the official return address will be provided by our customer service team after your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund or remake request.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.
For eligible non-defective returns:
Refund Amount = Order Total − (Processing Fee + Packaging Fee + Original Shipping Cost)
This generally equals approximately 80% of the original order total.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items. Replacement items must match the original order specifications, including size, fabric, color, header style, and lining.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for exchange requests.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Custom Products
Orders may be canceled within 12 business hours of payment for a full refund, provided the order has not shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Custom Products
All custom products are made to order.
If you request changes or cancellation more than 12 business hours after placing your order, a 25% cancellation fee will apply based on the product price.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Color Variations
Due to lighting conditions, monitor settings, and fabric dye lots, actual colors may vary slightly from website images or swatches. These differences are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
Light Blocking Expectations
We offer different lining options for varying levels of privacy and light control, including privacy, room darkening, and blackout linings.
Because lighting environments and personal expectations vary, perceived differences in blackout performance are not considered defects.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
Refunds are not issued for lost packages that are replaced successfully.
