Cancellation Policy

Non-Custom Products

You may cancel orders for non-custom products within 12 business hours after payment for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet shipped.

Once the order has shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Tracking information and carrier details will be provided after shipment.

Custom Products

All custom curtains and made-to-order products are specially produced based on your selections.

If you request a cancellation or modification—including changes to size, fabric, color, or header style—more than 12 business hours after placing your order, a 25% cancellation fee will apply based on the product price.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
